PRE-EVENT PREP

To ensure you are prepared for Business Mastery Virtual, we recommend you complete the following prior to the start.

  1. Confirm your Address.
    You can confirm your shipping address by going to your Members Portal under your Business Mastery Event Page and select the "Tickets" tab.
  2. Block off your Schedule.
    You will want to make sure you minimize distractions as this event builds on the prior day's material, so you won't want to miss a minute!
  3. Install Zoom to your Viewing Device.
    To guarantee a seamless event experience, it's important to install Zoom before registering. Instructions for downloading Zoom can be found here. Please note that Chrome devices are not supported at this time, so we recommend using Mac or Windows devices. In addition, ensure your browsers are updated to avoid any potential compatibility issues.

REMINDER: This seminar is designed to be a fully immersive experience that happens in real time. Due to the event's nature and respect for the privacy of other attendees, we do not offer recordings of it.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Registration will take place on January 14th starting at 4:00PM ET and ending at 10:00PM ET

We recommend you complete this early so our team can assist with any technical needs.

Registration involves logging onto a provided link and answering a short survey and signing a waiver. Afterward, you will meet with a Team Tony crew member who will guide you through the setup and usage of Zoom for your event participation.

  • What is the telegram channel?

Throughout the event, our team will be sending important updates and information through the Telegram app! We highly encourage you to follow the instructions below to download Telegram and join our event channel. There is no cost for downloading the app! 

To join, please complete the following steps:  
1. To receive event updates, download and install the Telegram App on your device. You can find the app on The App Store and Google Play store.

2. Provide your name and photo, and decide whether to sync your contacts.

3. After installing Telegram, use the provided link to join the Business Mastery Virtual group. If you intend to use Telegram on multiple devices, make sure to follow these instructions on each device.


PLEASE NOTE: You must complete Steps 1 & 2 for the link to function properly; otherwise, you'll encounter an error message if you click on the link without having the app downloaded.

  • If my country doesn't support Telegram, is there an alternative means to receive that information?

If Telegram is not available in your country, please let your trainer know within the event room. They will promptly provide you with all the necessary information and relevant links through alternative means.

  • Are there any assignments that need to be completed prior to the event?

Complete Pre-Event questionnaire. The questionnaire is an essential part of your event! Tony and your trainers personally review every entry and rely on this information to tailor the event to your needs. 

  • When should I expect to hear from the Business Mastery team?

You will receive the following emails based on the timeline provided. Additional reminders will be sent through Facebook and Telegram.

To prevent emails from being marked as spam, please add "teamtonyrobbins@tonyrobbins.com" to your email contacts.

50 days out: Reminder to confirm your address for the Event Materials Box.

45 days out: Final reminder to confirm shipping address to ensure delivery of your Event Materials Box.

30 days out: Keep an eye on your email as we'll notify you when the event Facebook Group opens.

1 week out: Expect a reminder about the upcoming registration process.

During the registration period: Stay tuned for timely updates and reminders as registration opens and throughout the day(s).

  • How do I provide my address for my Event Materials Box?

1. Visit your Business Mastery Event Page and navigate to "Tickets" tab on the right-hand side.

2. Click on "Confirm Shipping Address" to specify where you want your event materials box to be sent. If your address is incorrect or missing, please provide the preferred shipping address for your event materials box.

If the listed address is correct for shipping your event materials, proceed to Step 3.

3. Click "Confirm Address". This action automatically updates your address with our shipping provider, initiating the preparation of your box for shipment.

Please ensure your address is correct before December 1st. If you change your address after this date, be aware that your event materials box may not reach you. Our shipping process starts on December 1st, and any address updates made thereafter cannot be guaranteed for delivery prior to the start of the event.

If you need to update your shipping address after the initial entry in your Event Ticket, please contact Customer Service.

  • How do I know my box has shipped?
  • Keep an eye on your email for a tracking number from UPS. You can also periodically, check your Ticket for a tracking number.
  • ​To check your Ticket for a tracking number, click “Tickets” in the upper right corner on your Business Mastery Event Page. If your box has shipped, you will see a blue box that says “Track Your Event Materials” along with your tracking number.
  • ​You can then go to UPS.com and use that tracking number to see the status of your event materials box.
    Please Note: you may have a tracking number on a box that hasn’t yet been shipped. Check back in a few days and you should see the status change when the box has left and is in transit. 
  • ​We recommend checking your ticket to ensure that a shipping address is provided. 
  • What if there is no Tracking Number listed?
  • That could mean 1 of 2 things. It could mean we haven't shipped it yet. Depending on when you entered your shipping address, some boxes won't ship up until a few days before the event. However, if your address listed on your ticket is correct, and you entered it before October 22nd, you should be good to go. 
  • ​However, if you don’t have a shipping address on file, or it’s an incorrect shipping address, you will not see a tracking number appear.
  • We ship all boxes with the intention of having delivery made by the day before the event begins. If you don’t have a tracking number on your ticket 7 days prior to the event for international clients, or 3 days prior to the event for US clients, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service for additional information or to check on the status of your box. 
  • When will I get my Event Materials Box?

Shipping of boxes starts 45 days before the event. Make sure you've added your shipping address to your ticket within the Event Page. Once shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.

  • Which countries are you unable to ship Event Material Boxes to?

Here is a list of countries we currently do not ship Event Material Boxes to: 

Afghanistan, Brazil, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Honduras, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Korea (North), Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Nicaragua, Niue, Russia, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Venezuela, Wake Islands, Yemen.

  •  I changed my ticket from a previous Business Mastery and already received a box. Will I get another one?

If you have received an event materials box from a previous Business Mastery event but then changed your event, you will not receive another box for this event.

  • What if I didn't enter my address in time?

After the October 22nd deadline — If there is no shipping address provided, we may not be able to get a box to you prior to the event start. However, we will continue shipping boxes up until the week of the event. Regardless of the date, please ensure that you enter your address. 

If you don't receive your box in time, you can access all the essentials, including your workbook, on your Virtual Venue immediately after completing your registration.

  •  How can I request a new box?
  • If your box is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact Customer Service immediately, and we will gladly arrange a reshipment for you.
  • Please be aware that if the box is sent to an outdated address because the client failed to update it on time, we won't be able to resend the box before the event.
  • Alternatively, there is an option to request a reshipment after the event. If you require a box reshipment, you have a 7-day window after the event's conclusion to contact Customer Service and complete the provided reship request form. Once we receive your inquiry, we will make every effort to help you receive your materials promptly.
  • How do I purchase translation?

Registering for Business Mastery is a required virtual check-in that must be completed before gaining access to the event.

There are three straightforward steps to be done during the specified registration hours. It's highly recommended to complete this on the first day of registration to ensure you have everything you need to log in and fully engage on the first day of the event.

Registration involves accessing a provided link, completing a brief survey, and signing a waiver. Following this, you will connect with a Team Tony crew member who will assist you in setting up and using Zoom for your event participation.

IMPORTANT: Registration must be completed on the same device you intend to use for participating in Business Mastery.

  • When will I get my information to register?

One week before virtual registration starts, you'll receive an email detailing the date and time of virtual registration, along with a basic overview of what the process entails.

On the day of registration, please check your inbox for the registration link once it opens. Alternatively, you can register directly from your Business Mastery Event Page by clicking on the "Registration" button once the registration period begins.

Please be aware that the registration button will only appear once the registration officially opens. If you don't see the button after the registration time has started, try logging out and logging back into your Members Portal.

  • What's the difference between my Business Mastery Event Page and my Business Mastery Virtual Venue?

Business Mastery Event Page:
The Business Mastery Event Page is where attendees can access all pre-event essential information about the Business Mastery Event. It typically includes details such as event schedules, registration dates and times, pre-event trainings, event FAQs, and other pertinent event-related information.

Virtual Venue:
Upon completing registration, you gain access to the Virtual Venue. This venue serves as the primary hub for registered attendees during the Business Mastery Event. It offers links to event content, materials, and the daily live stream. Additionally, it features the Event Helpdesk, where you can seek assistance or support throughout the event. 

  • Where do I find the link to my Virtual Venue?

You can find the link to your Virtual Venue in two ways:

1. After finishing your registration, the link given in the registration reminder emails becomes your Virtual Venue link.

2. Alternatively, if you log in to the Portal, visit your Business Mastery Event Page, and you'll see buttons guiding you to the Virtual Venue if you've completed registration or to the registration page if you haven't.

Keep this link accessible for convenient access to all event information and resources. 

  • What happens if I miss registration?

Running late? Not to worry. Just go to your Business Mastery Event Page in your Members Portal and click the Register Now button. A member of our crew is on standby to ensure you have everything you need to make this an incredible event!

    • When does the event begin and end each day?

    The event is set to start at approximately 10:00AM ET every day and will extend throughout the day and into the evening. However, expect the event to conclude after 10 PM ET each day. 

    • Can multiple people watch from multiple devices? I want to share this experience with my partner but they are at a different location.

    Each ticket purchase includes (1) unique zoom login that can only be used on one device at a time.  You will want to complete registration on the device you want to use for the event.

    If you have a partner or friend that wants to participate in Business Mastery Virtual from a different location, they can purchase an additional ticket here

    • I may have to miss parts of the seminar, are you able to provide me with a recording?

    This seminar is designed to be a fully immersive experience that happens in real time. Due to the nature of the event and to respect the privacy of other attendees, we do not offer recordings of the event. We also prohibit recording during the event by attendees. Attendees found recording are subject to removal.

    • Will there be a Post- Event Implementation Workshop?

    Yes, Dean Graziosi will be hosting an Implementation Workshop to help you apply the strategies you've learned. Stay tuned for more details coming soon! 

    •  If I'm unable to attend, can I change my ticket to a future event?

    If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to a future event, contact Customer Service. We will convert your ticket to a non-refundable Business Mastery voucher which must be used within one year from your original Business Mastery Virtual event date. Some restrictions apply.  

    • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if needed?

    You absolutely can! If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Simply contact Customer Service and we can help process your transfer. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

    • Is there a money back guarantee?

    Once the event commences, customers seeking a refund will need to visit our Virtual Customer Service Booth during the Day 2 afternoon meal break at the event. Refunds are authorized at the event only. You must have attended the event up until the Day 2 afternoon meal break and request your refund at the Virtual Customer Service Booth during the Day 2 afternoon meal break.
    You'll have two options: We will apply your tuition to any Robbins Research International, Inc. event, or send you a full refund.

    *Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund. A complimentary enrollment is valid for the event date listed in the electronic confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable. The Tony Robbins Coaching Bonus of the Behavioral Assessment is not available to complimentary event participants at any seating level.     

    Your ticket can be found in your EVENT HUB. You will select “Business Mastery” and click the “Tickets” tab on the right-hand side. Here, you can opt to “Edit Shipping Address” to provide where you would like your event materials box sent to. This automatically syncs to our shipping provider, where they will begin prepping your box for shipment. Due to this automation, secondary edits to your address are not guaranteed to be reflected.

    If you need to update your shipping address after the initial entry in your Event Hub, please contact Client Services.

    Boxes begin shipping 21 days prior to the event. You will want to ensure you have added your shipping address to the ticket (EC) in your Event Hub. Once it has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 
    Don’t worry – we’ve got a simple plan B! Follow these easy steps to prepare for massive transformation during Business Mastery:

    STEP 1. Don’t panic.
    Tony adapted this event specifically for the unpredictable nature of our world, and the event materials box is no exception. While it would be great if all boxes arrived on time, if yours did not, you can still expect an off-the-charts experience with all the same value, knowledge and impact on your future. So don’t panic! Just follow these next steps…

    STEP 2. Get resourceful!
    Everything you need for your event can either be easily sourced or even printed directly from your event dashboard! Here’s what you’ll want to have handy for Day 1 of your event:
    • Dry erase marker & surface to participate in some fun activities. Hint: an empty picture frame works
    great as a dry erase surface!
    • Printable door sign: Available on your event dashboard
    • Emoji signs: Available on your event dashboard
    • Business Mastery workbook: Available on your event dashboard
    • Welcome letter: Available on your event dashboard
    Note: Your event dashboard will be accessible as soon as you register for Business Mastery. You will receive an email for accessing registration and your event dashboard at that time.

    STEP 3. Get in a beautiful state.
