Once the Virtual LM event commences, in the unlikely event that after having participated in the first half of the LM event, any customers seeking a refund will need to click on a link you will be provided at the specific virtual LM event for RRI Customer Service, and complete the necessary form online after attending the first half of the specific LM event. This must be done at the half way point of the event. REFUNDS ARE AUTHORIZED AT THIS TIME ONLY. To be eligible for a refund, You must have attended the event up until the Day 2 afternoon meal break and request your refund through this Customer Service link and complete the required form online. Once you apply for the Satisfaction Guarantee at this time, you will no longer have any access to the virtual LM event, and you agree to delete at that time any materials provided to you, including without limitation the online LIFE MASTERY workbook. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund.
For any Satisfaction Guarantee as provide above, at your option, we will apply your tuition to another event, or send you a full refund within 4-6 weeks based on the original method of payment.
